Shipping & Export Policy (US & Canada)
📦 SHIPPING & EXPORT POLICY
Direct Factory Packaging, International Logistics & Global Delivery
🏛️ 1. Domestic Service, Specialized North American Export & Global Reach
At Gráfica AM LTDA, we proudly serve our domestic market in Brazil while maintaining a dedicated export operation specialized for the United States and Canada. While North America is our primary international focus, we also accept orders for worldwide delivery to other countries upon custom consultation and logistical feasibility.
🛡️ 2. All-Inclusive International Shipping
We eliminate checkout surprises. All our custom kits and closed-volume packages exported to the US and Canada feature All-Inclusive Pricing. The total order price covers international freight directly from our manufacturing facility in Brazil to your designated delivery address.
📦 3. Export-Grade Boxes, Protection & Visual Proof Audit
Because customized goods travel long distances, our factory enforces strict physical packaging standards:
• Item Protection: Premium acrylic drinkware and footwear are packed in high-density protective layers to resist movement during transit.
• Paperware Care: Bags crafted from 150g Offset Paper are packed structurally flat and reinforced to prevent creasing.
• Heavy-Duty Box Packing: All orders are systematically packed into heavy-duty, export-grade cardboard boxes engineered for international handling.
• Visual Proof Audit: Every batch undergoes physical inspection for artwork alignment, quantity, and sealing. Prior to final dispatch, high-resolution photos of your completed order are provided for visual proof of compliance.
⏱️ 4. Timelines: Scheduled Production vs. International Transit
Every tailor-made order follows a structured two-phase operational timeline:
• Manufacturing & Production Queue: Artwork proofing, rubber molding, printing, and assembly. To ensure effortless event planning, total order lead-time (Design Queue + Production + Freight) operates on a standard 60 to 90-day window.
• International Transit Time (18 Business Days Minimum): For optimal cost-efficiency and superior end-to-end tracking, our primary dispatch channel is official Postal Export Logistics (Correios Exporta Fácil), seamlessly handed over to destination national post (USPS in the US / Canada Post in Canada). Estimated international transit requires a minimum of 18 to 25 business days post-dispatch, subject to destination customs clearance.
💳 5. Native Regional Settlement & Fast-Track Processing
To guarantee maximum transaction speed, complete operational safety, and zero international processing surcharges for our clients, Gráfica AM operates dedicated native corporate accounts within the North American banking network:
• United States: Direct Settlement via Grafica AM Corporate Account (US ACH Native Clearing).
• Canada: Direct Settlement via Grafica AM Corporate Account (Interac e-Transfer).
• Other Payment Formats: Available exclusively upon consultation during your commercial consultation.
By settling directly into our regional corporate accounts, your payment is cleared locally with zero international bank fees. Orders enter the manufacturing queue immediately upon settlement clearance and final artwork sign-off. Once dispatched, a formal notification is issued with your international tracking code for step-by-step tracking via official postal portals.
⚖️ 6. Integration with Our Contract & Corporate Manifesto
This Shipping Policy operates in direct alignment with our formal Purchase Contract and our Corporate Manifesto ("About Us"). We strongly encourage all clients and event planners to read our About Us section to fully understand our factory-direct philosophy, production queues, and the legal compliance framework that guarantees your order is executed exactly as contracted.
📜 7. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Dispatch Logistics (US & Canada)
All orders are custom-manufactured in Brazil as bespoke event supplies and exported directly.
Under current U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) regulations, international shipments are cleared under expedited informal entry guidelines (for package values under $2,500 USD in the US, and under the CAD $3,300 LVS program for Canada) to ensure maximum transit speed door-to-door.
Questions regarding estimated import tax averages to be charged at final delivery can be requested during customer service consultation, prior to ordering, or during the pre-contract stage. In addition, a routine local carrier clearance and handling fee may be assessed. All destination duties, administrative taxes, and local clearance fees are determined under standard discretionary customs regulations and are paid directly by the recipient upon delivery.
Operational Threshold & Multi-Box Dispatch Protocol: For larger orders requiring multiple packages, shipments may be dispatched in staggered protective volumes to ensure each package strictly remains under expedited clearance limits ($2,500 USD) and moves smoothly through automated customs channels. This multi-box strategy is planned and communicated during order creation to ensure complete peace of mind.
Because all items are custom-manufactured (bespoke goods), refusal of delivery, failure to settle local destination customs fees, or transit delays resulting from routine customs holds shall not constitute grounds for order cancellation, shipment return, or monetary refund.
