SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & LOGISTICS POLICY

All custom orders manufactured by Gráfica AM and shipped to the United States and Canada operate under strict international dispatch protocols:

1. ALL-INCLUSIVE SHIPPING

Standard offers and custom packages presented for North America include door-to-door international shipping in the final total price, ensuring full price transparency with no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

2. CUSTOMS DILIGENCE & IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To comply with postal and international customs authorities (including Brazil Export Dispatch, USPS, and Canada Post), clients may be required to provide tax identification or official government ID details (such as SSN/Tax ID in the US or SIN/BN in Canada). Providing requested documentation in a timely manner is a mandatory requirement for customs clearance and package release. Gráfica AM is not liable for customs holds caused by missing or delayed recipient information.

3. WEIGHT LIMITS & MULTI-BOX DISPATCH

International shipping carriers enforce strict weight and volume limits per package. If an order expansion, duplicate order, or volume increase exceeds the maximum single-box weight allowance, the order will be split into multiple shipping boxes. Any dimensional or multi-box adjustments will be communicated and specified in the formal contract/invoice.

under current destination customs regulations for commercial exports (us cbp / canada cbsa), international shipments are subject to local import tariffs regardless of order value. for our category of custom party goods, footwear, and bespoke stationery, estimated import duties typically range between 6% and 12% of the merchandise value, alongside a nominal local carrier clearance fee estimated between $15 and $30 per shipment. to maintain peak transit speed and ensure eligibility for streamlined postal entry, orders are structured from inception into parcels under $800 usd, with multi-box dispatch pre-communicated whenever applicable. all destination import duties, tariffs, or clearance charges assessed by local authorities remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. as all items are custom made-to-order, order placement and payment constitute full acceptance of these terms, making all sales final and non-refundable upon dispatch.
